Facilitating Change with Learning
Organizations, big and small, are immersed in a multitude of changes, at speeds never seen before, in all aspects of the business including technology, products, services, communication, both internally and externally, on both supplier and customer sides. This magnitude of changes outpaces human capacity to adjust, causing stress, disengagement and risking decreased performance, quality and productivity of work and attrition.
In this session we will explore the role learning and development can play in facilitating change to help people and organizations circumvent negative space of change, protect performance, minimize risk of attrition, increase engagement and collaboration and maximize the value of change initiatives. The presenter will take us through her framework for how we can apply developments in neuroscience, psychology and concepts of motivation and experiential learning to help people see change as an opportunity and maximize performance at both personal and organizational levels.

Anna designs and delivers learning and change facilitation experiences that speak to the learner and inspire people and organizations to reach for potential and create an impact. She applies developments in neuroscience, psychology and concepts of motivation and experiential learning to maximize outcome and performance at both personal and organizational levels.
Anna has written articles on change facilitation, game-based learning, business thinking and the role of motivation in self-directed learning. She is a frequent speaker for various professional organizations.
